Horrible Timing

I go in tomorrow night at midnight to be induced at 37 weeks.  What was I doing last night at midnight?  Cleaning up my 6 year old son after he threw up ALL OVER himself, his bed, his floor.  Oh my word, he’s in bad shape.  My husband woke up and insisted on taking over.  Apparently my son didn’t throw up again, but made about 6 more trips to the bathroom with diarrhea.  This stuff spreads like wildfire, so now I’m totally paranoid about myself and the rest of my family.  No stomache flu at a time like this!!

So…just the second day of school and my little man will be home with me.  I could really use some prayers from everyone that this is a quick bug, and just an isolated case.  Oh my goodness, what terrible timing.

Midnight?? I wonder why they have you go in at midnight? Maybe it will be better by the time you and baby are home from the hospital and you won’t have to worry anymore. Good luck tomorrow, I’m so excited for you! I’m going in Monday for mine, and I thought of you yesterday (“hey that lady is going to be induced soon!”) I just hope it’s not midnight…

Prayers for you and your family! And I am looking forward to seeing baby photos!
