Pixie Twins

My mom made a comment on my last post about seeing some of me in my daughter.

For kicks and giggles (and because I’m tired, but still feel an obligation to share something worth the wasting of your time), I thought I’d do a little side-by-side of my husband, daughter, and I.

Who do YOU think she resembles more – me?  Or my husband?

I think it’s crazy hard to figure out, myself!

And by the way, my hair hasn’t been that short in eons.  It’s long and style-less and desperate to be cut right now.  But still – not quite that short!!

    It’s funny that you posted this. I was just thinking last night that I always thought M12 looked VERY similar to you, but now with her hair short, I see a lot f her dad in her. Funny how a haircut can do that!

    Really, she looks like a perfect combo of both of you. Your coloring, your husband’s smile, your ears, your eyes, your brow and forehead, his face shape.

    Your elbows, his knees. Just kidding.

    She looks like her mama AND her daddy, that’s for sure! Very nice.

    Wow, I think she is her own creation – seriously. She combined your noses into one that is all her, same with her smile. I love to sit and look at families in church and try to figure out who each child looks like. She is the perfect combo! And she totally pulls off that cute new cut.
