Counting as Cardio

Sometimes when you sign in for your Wii Fit workouts, the little Wii Fit scale will “ask” you if you’ve been doing any other activities outside of the Wii.  It wants to give you credit for your hard work!  I never try to account for outside activities, although some days the way I chase after Eli, maybe I should.  Here’s a little video to give you a taste of what most days are like with him.  It makes me tired just looking at it.
