Yanni Voices PBS Special to Air This Week

Really.  Seriously.  Honestly.

I know what you’re thinking.  Yanni?

Some of the ladies and I at the Mom 2.0 Summit coined him the former Fabio of New Age Music.

But now?

Now is new.

I posted a while ago about my own surprise at loving Yanni’s newest endeavor.  He has spent the past two years in collaboration with four up-and-coming vocalists/songwriters to reinterpret some of his earlier compositions.  And the result is some truly powerful music, crossing genres of opera, latin, and popular ballad.   There is bound to be something you enjoy about Yanni Voices!

Fortunately, you don’t have to take my word for it anymore.  This week begins the broadcast of the Yanni Voices PBS Special.  Get a sneak peek of the special HERE, and find your station’s broadcast date HERE.

I’m excited to see the concert in its entirety this week, and I’m grateful to the One2One Network for originally bringing this project to my attention!

    I wanted to watch the Yanni Voices concert on PBS tonight (after my sister called to say it was on the local PBS station), but I had no batteries for the remote, and the changer on the tv would not take me to that channel. If anyone knows where it is available online, I’d like to know.
