Review: Edible Gifts Plus

(Warning: this review contains unrestrained enthusiasm. But I couldn’t help it. Honest.)

I was in the middle of a Big Fat, No Good, Pretty Crummy day yesterday when my package arrived for review. Packed incredibly sound in a big box was a smaller white box with a lovely little bow. I think I saw rays of sunshine peeking out from the corners of the box, and I’m sure it was a choir of angels I heard as I opened it. (ok, that might be an exaggeration)

It was a 12-pack of Oreos, four of each dipped in either Belgian white, dark, or milk chocolate, then covered with festive sprinkles, and some decorated with sweet birthday-themed icons.

My kids were hilarious as they settled in for this fabulous treat after school. My 7yo son said, “The white chocolate Oreo is like a party in my mouth!” My 10yo daughter gushed, “This is like eating a little piece of happiness!” Seriously, can you believe that under that smiley face, those sprinkles, and the gourmet chocolate you still get the deliciousness of an Oreo, too?:

I was in desperate need of a pick-me-up yesterday, and these saved the day. I can only imagine if it was my birthday or some other special occasion – these would be so fabulous to receive as a gift! And Edible Gifts Plus has a huge collection of other tasty treats to choose from, too, and for all types of events and occasions.
