Would It Surprise You…

…if I told you that I’d love for my alter ego to be Kat Von D from TLC’s L.A. Ink?

I don’t really follow her exploits off-screen, so don’t leave me any comments about she’s done this-or-that or whatever.  I just *love* watching her show, and I love what a paradox she is.  She’s got extreme looks, sometimes extreme language, but she’s crazy talented, has a huge heart, is an amazing businesswoman, and has a definite softness about her.  And for some reason she reminds me of my sister Chris, so she earns more gold stars for that.

I just love the image of me, though – mild-mannered Mormon housewife – morphing into someone this larger than life.  I don’t know – can you see it?
