My favorite disney character has always been Sleeping Beauty, I just love the sound of her voice. When we were little we would play Disney characters, but no one would ever let me be her, I had to be Snow White!

Elastigirl–don’t you just feel like that as a mother? Stretched in as many directions as possible. I just wish I was a little more like her and didn’t come back with those pesky stretch marks.

The previous post made me laught. Elastigirl is a nice favorite for a mom!

My favorite character is Belle. She loves books, and I love books! Plus Beauty and the Beast is a story where it wasn’t “love at first sight.” I don’t think it’s a good idea to teach girls that you can meet, fall in love with, and marry someone in the space of like 3 days and still live happily ever after!

Mulan is my favorite. She teaches us how to be our true selves, how to love honestly, how to be brave, and bring Honor to our family, whether it is earthly or an eternal family. She shows us that we don’t have to be what everyone else wants us to be. Mulan exemplifies strong woman values, kindness, and compassion. Come to think of it, I want to be Mulan when I grow up. When I think of my family I want to teach them those same values. I am getting married soon and will get to watch and participate in the development of a beautiful little girl who is 7, and I’m sure she would LOVE to see the princesses. I want her to know that she will always be a ‘Daughter of A King’.

I have always wanted to take the kids to Disney on Ice. The celebration of 100 yrs will be fantastic. Cinderella is my favorite movie/character of all time-really!!! Even after everything the Evil Stepmother did to her she still had her dream come true. A dream is a wish your heart makes.
