mOmma Feeding Products for Infants and Toddlers {Review}

My youngest son is almost 3 and is a bona fide Distracted Eater.  He has the hardest time sitting still for any meal, and in fact prefers to graze from his plate as he does laps around the dining table or pretends to be an airplane in flight.  I never put much stock into buying him playful mealtime accessories (plates, utensils, etc), until one time during a meal at a family member’s house, she offered him a really cute frog plate for his food, and he was so amused he sat and gobbled it up (the food, not the plate).

mOmma, a part of the Baby Solutions Group based in Italy and Switzerland, understands the advantage of having fun, engaging, developmentally appropriate mealtime products.

They explain their philosophy in these terms:

Innovation, technology, movement and colour. mOmma is a revolutionary line of baby products that encourages babies to discover their surroundings with unique products in terms of innovation, shape, movement and colour, thus transforming each moment of your baby’s day into a moment of growth and pleasure.

We were sent several products for review, and I can attest to their unique, provoking design.  Though some of the products are perhaps more appropriate for a child younger than my son, he enjoyed the whimsy of the non-spill cup in particular, and I appreciated the non-slip feature of the plate.

mOmma products are characterized as having a round, ergonomic shape, soft textures, being non-slip, PBA-free, and having the unique Italian-influenced styling.  To learn more, visit the mOmma U.S. website, or to see the range of mOmma products, visit their online store.

*Disclosure:  We were sent these products as reviewers for Team Mom Media.  No other compensation was received, and the opinions expressed are honest and my own.
